- 2 Cups milk
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 5-ounce packages seasoned croutons (about 6 cups)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13- by 9-inch baking dish.
Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently; drain excess grease from the pan.
Beat the eggs, milk, and mustard in a large bowl with a wire whisk until well blended. Add the bread cubes; stir gently until evenly coated. Stir in the sausage and 1½ cups of the cheese.
Pour into the prepared baking dish; sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the casserole.
Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.

This easy prep casserole is the perfect dish for your next brunch or get-together — especially when it’s made with delicious Jimmy Dean® Pork Sausage.

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook sausage in large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently drain.

To make this breakfast casserole start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Next, in the skillet cook up the ground sausage over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Make sure that it browns up completely. Then drain the grease.
Then, unroll the crescent rolls and spread them out into the bottom of the 9吉 inch pan. Press the seams together making it into one large sheet of dough (if you find that your store sells it this way that would work too!).
Now, spread the sausage evenly over top of the dough. Then top the sausage with the shredded cheddar cheese (you can also add in other flavors of cheese here as well if you want).

- Assemble the casserole: Add the cooked sausage and veggies on top of the dough. Pour in the egg mixture and bake for 35 minutes, or until the center of the casserole is set.

Simply assemble the casserole the night before, cover it with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to make it in the morning, remove it from the fridge and bake it in a 350ºF oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the center is completely set and cooked through.
The entire dish also reheats well, so you could also bake the casserole the night before and reheat it for 5 minutes in a 350ºF until the next morning. Whichever you prefer!
