French fries with chicken:

Step 1: prepare the chicken fillet.

We carefully wash the chicken fillet under running warm water, wipe it with kitchen paper towels and put it on a cutting board.

Using a knife, we clean the meat from veins, fat and films. Now cut the component along thin plates with a thickness of approximately 1 centimeter, but no more, otherwise the chicken may not have time to bake and will be half-baked. At the end, rub the pieces on both sides with a small amount of salt and ground black pepper and transfer to a clean deep plate.

Step 2: prepare the onions.

Using a knife, peel the onion from the husk and rinse thoroughly under running warm water. Next, lay out the component on a cutting board and grind it into cubes. Pour finely chopped onion into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare hard cheese.

Using a coarse grater, grind hard cheese directly on a cutting board. Then pour the chips into a clean plate and leave them aside for a while.

Step 4: prepare the tomatoes.

We carefully wash the tomatoes under running water and put them on a cutting board. With a knife, we cut off the place to which the tail was attached. Then grind the vegetables in thin circles and gently transfer to a free plate.

Step 5: prepare the potatoes.

Using a peeler, remove the skin from the potatoes and thoroughly rinse the tubers under running warm water to wash off the rest of the earth.

Now put the components on a flat surface and use a knife to cut across thin thin circles. Shredded vegetables are transferred to a medium bowl and pour a small amount of salt and ground black pepper here. With clean hands, mix everything thoroughly and immediately proceed to the cooking process until the potatoes have darkened. Important: be careful with seasonings, as previously we already added them to the meat.

Step 6: cook French fries with chicken.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of a deep baking dish with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Now lay out the first layer of potato circles. We cover them with layers of chicken, and sprinkle on top with finely chopped onions. We spread the circles of tomatoes with the fourth layer and evenly grease them with mayonnaise so that the sauce falls on the edges of the dish.

At the end, sprinkle everything with grated hard cheese and turn on the oven.
When it warms up to temperature 180 ° C, cover the form with food foil, hands fix the edges of the segment so that air does not come out through it and the dish can bake well. We put the capacity on an average level and cook French fries with chicken for 30-40 minutes.

After the allotted time with the help of kitchen tacks, we take out the form from the oven, remove the food foil and put everything back to cook for about another 10 minutesuntil a golden brown crust appears on the surface of the dish.
