Cooking cottage cheese pancakes with apples:
Step 1: prepare the cottage cheese.
We spread the cottage cheese in a large bowl and, using a fork or a hand blender, mix thoroughly. In fact, we need to grind the component well so that grains of cheese do not come across cheesecakes. Most of all, I prefer to use the latest inventory, as it turns cottage cheese into a raw curd mass. Thus, the dish is more tender and airy.
Step 2: prepare the apple.
