The braid of bread with oil is a recipe with a very soft, honeycomb and very fragrant dough. The combination of oil, honey and chia seeds make this bread one of my favorite leavened products;) A few simple ingredients, a little intertwining and voila, a homemade bread, beautiful to look at and absolutely good to eat. One of the best things about making bread is its good smell that spreads throughout the house during the baking phase.
And it is from there that I started to create this braid, from its perfume that I already imagined even before putting my hands in the dough.

How to make the braid of bread with oil
In a bowl, arrange the flour with a hole in the center.
Then add brewer's yeast, honey and water and knead the dough.
Now add the oil and salt and continue working.
Shape the dough into a ball, then let it rise for 2 and a half hours.
Once you have taken the dough, divide it into three parts, stretch each of these with your hands and start weaving.
Then transfer the braid into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and wait for it to rise for another 30 minutes.
Brush the entire surface of the braid with oil.
Add the chia seeds here and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
The oil bread braid is ready.
